Bubble Box FAQ

You love the idea of a soap or candle subscription, but you've got more questions or need more info? Cool, we've got the details you want right here. 

Q: How often does my subscription ship?
A: Subscriptions are shipped at the first business day of each quarter (e.g. July 1 or thereabouts)

Q: What if I order after the quarter is shipped?
A: In most cases, we will go ahead and ship you the current quarter

Q: Can I substitute scents each quarter?
A: Not yet. We have curated a beautiful selection of seasonal fragrances for the year and we think you'll love each one. But, we are looking into the custom bundle feature, so check back. 

Q: What if I need to cancel my subscription?
A: Awe, we hope that's not the case, but we understand things change. Just log into your Hen House account to manage your subscription. Since it's not prepaid, you'll only be charged for the shipments you get. 

Q: What if my Bubble Box is a gift?
A: You'll need your gift recipient's address for the shipping portion and make sure to leave us a note in checkout that it's for a special occasion. You can also select a gift wrap feature if you want to make it extra special.

Q: I'm sending more than one Bubble Box as gifts, how do I enter multiple shipping addresses?
A: OMGosh, you're the best gift giver EVER! The downside is you'll need to checkout separately. It's a feature we're working to fix, but hope you'll bear with us while we do. We know it's not ideal.
