Looking for a custom batch of soap, bath bombs for a special occasion, or maybe a special candle? We can help you with your special occasion. 

Custom orders can be placed for soap favors, bath bombs, and candles.

Here are a few FAQ to help in advance:

Q: How far in advance should I place a custom order? 
A:  At least 8 weeks is needed for proper production, curing, and shipping requirements.

Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment in full is due at the time of order.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of the custom order, we cannot refund for cancellations. It's important that you reach out and are happy with the pricing and design before committing and paying. We are happy to have any discussions needed to ensure the order is to your specifications.

Q: Is it possible for you to duplicate a specific fragrance, look of item, etc? 
A: We typically limit the fragrance and color choices for custom soaps and products due to the expensive nature of the ingredients and potential for a lengthy lead time from each manufacturer. Each of our items is handcrafted and each item will vary slightly from one to the next.  Additionally, we cannot create any product that might infringe on the intellectual property or materials of another company or individual.

Q: Can you customize the label or packaging? 
A: In most cases, we are happy to offer a custom label. However, due to federal regulations, we are still required to have certain information on each product.
